We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:
1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, please contact our customer support team via call or WhatsApp with your order ID.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.
3. Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Right to Cancel
Aquafresh Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues with the shipping address or payment.
5. Customized or Special Orders
Cancellation is not applicable on customized or specially requested items once the order is confirmed.
