We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• To cancel, please contact our customer support team via call or WhatsApp with your order ID.

2. Cancellation After Shipping

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.

3. Prepaid Orders

• If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Right to Cancel

• Aquafresh Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues with the shipping address or payment.

5. Customized or Special Orders

• Cancellation is not applicable on customized or specially requested items once the order is confirmed.
