All products sold under Aquafresh Water Purifiers (where applicable) are genuine. We advise customers to purchase only through our official channels to avoid counterfeit or uncertified replacements by local service providers.

2. Warranty & Service

  • Warranty is valid only if the product is serviced by authorized personnel or service centers approved by Aquafresh Lifestyle.
  • Unauthorized repairs or use of non-genuine parts will void the warranty.

3. Installation & Delivery

  • Installation services (where applicable) will be scheduled as per standard timelines and technician availability in your area.
  • Delays due to logistics, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances will be communicated accordingly.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Products once sold are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or not as described, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  • Any physical damage due to misuse, mishandling, or external causes is not covered under our return policy.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for following the usage and maintenance guidelines provided with each product.
  • Please retain your invoice and warranty card for any future claims or service requests.

6. Limitation of Liability
